Introduction:

SYD-3536D automatic opening flash point tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 3536-2008 "Cleveland Open Cup Method for the Determination of Flash Point and Flash Point of Petroleum Products", which is applicable to the standard. A prescribed method for determining the flash point and flash point of petroleum products other than fuel oil that have an open cup flash point above 79 °C. This instrument is a fully automatic open flash point tester. It is an ideal substitute for similar imported instruments and can be widely used in railway, aviation, electric power, petroleum industry and scientific research departments.

Features:

1. This instrument adopts color LCD large screen display, touch screen keyboard, full Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, parameters such as expected flash point, sample label, atmospheric pressure, test date and so on.

2, with a prompt menu and guided input work mode.

3. The analog tracking shows the function curve of temperature rise and test time. It has the Chinese misoperation software prompt modification function, and is equipped with parameter prompt function such as test date and test time.

4, equipped with a standard 232 computer standard interface (external USB), can store 10 screens, 120 sets of historical data, connected to the computer can store large amounts of data and long-term preservation.

5. Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value.

6, differential detection, system deviation automatically corrected.

7. The sweeping, detecting and printing data is automatically completed, and the test arm is automatically raised and dropped.
